Remove the pits from the dates and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Fill each date with your choice of filling. If using peanut butter or Biscoff spread, it's easiest to fill the dates using a piping bag.
Place the dates in the refrigerator or freezer for 10 minutes while you prep the chocolate.
Melt chocolate chips of your choice (make sure you have enough to coat the amount of dates you're using).
Remove the dates from the fridge/freezer and dip each one in chocolate, coating completely, then place back on baking sheet. Sprinkle with crushed nuts or drizzle with peanut butter/Biscoff spread.
Place the baking sheet back in the freezer/Fridge until the chocolate sets.
Enjoy immediately or store in refrigerator.
