Chocolate Covered Stuffed Dates

These Chocolate Covered Stuffed Dates are a perfect indulgent snack. They're filled with your choice of fillings and coated in melted chocolate.

Ingredients
 

  • Medjool Dates
  • Chocolate Chips

Filling Options

  • Pistachios
  • Almonds
  • Crunchy or Creamy Peanut Butter
  • Walnuts
  • Biscoff Spread

Instructions
 

  • Remove the pits from the dates and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Fill each date with your choice of filling. If using peanut butter or Biscoff spread, it's easiest to fill the dates using a piping bag.
  • Place the dates in the refrigerator or freezer for 10 minutes while you prep the chocolate.
  • Melt chocolate chips of your choice (make sure you have enough to coat the amount of dates you're using).
  • Remove the dates from the fridge/freezer and dip each one in chocolate, coating completely, then place back on baking sheet. Sprinkle with crushed nuts or drizzle with peanut butter/Biscoff spread.
  • Place the baking sheet back in the freezer/Fridge until the chocolate sets.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in refrigerator.
