Ingredients
 

Oreo Crust

  • 24 Oreo Cookies
  • 6 tablespoon (84g) unsalted butter melted

Peanut Butter Filling

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, full-fat softened to room temperature
  • cup (125g) powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup (185g) creamy peanut butter see notes
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold

  • Reese's pieces
  • Chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Oreo Crust

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350℉
  • In a food processor, pulse oreo cookies until completely crushed. Add melted butter and mix.
    24 Oreo Cookies, 6 tablespoon (84g) unsalted butter
  • Pour crushed Oreos into a 9 or 10 inch pie dish and press the crumbs into the bottom of the pan and and up the sides. You can use a spoon, offset spatula, or flat measuring cup to create a smooth, flat bottom and sides. Don't press too hard. Just until it's compact.
  • Bake for 7-8 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool while you make the filling.

Peanut Butter Filling

  • In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peanut butter and beat together using a hand or stand mixer with a beater attachment. Beat for a few minutes until completely smooth.
    8 oz. cream cheese, full-fat, ⅔ cup (125g) powdered sugar, ¾ cup (185g) creamy peanut butter
  • In a separate bowl, add heavy whipping cream and whip using a hand mixer or stand mixer with whisk attachment and beat on low speed, then gradually incase until stiff peaks form.
    1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Using a spatula, fold the whipped cream a little at a time into the peanut butter filling until completely combined.
  • Pour into the pie dish and refrigerator for at least four hours.
  • Top with whatever topping you desire, slice and enjoy.

  • Keep refrigerated.

Notes

Peanut butter - use conventional peanut butter. This recipe has not been tested with natural peanut butter, but it probably wouldn't work as well, and it may end up an oily mess.
