Brioche Recipes

A little over a year ago, I started a series all about Brioche buns. These recipes (almost) all use the same base dough, with a few differences here are there. The dough is made with a soft and silky smooth dough, and each recipe is unique in fillings or toppings. One of my favorites will always be the one that started it all: Lemon Curd Buns!
